Privacy Policy

• Email sign-up: your email address, when you join our new-arrivals email list.
• Orders: when you check out, our checkout provider, Shopify, collects your name, email address, phone number, shipping or pickup details, and payment information to process your order. We receive the order details we need to fulfill it. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send us when you email us.
• Cart and preferences: your shopping cart and your tracking choice are saved in your own browser so they’re still there when you come back.
• Advertising measurement (only if you accept): pages you visit, interactions, and device and browser details, collected by the OpenAI/ChatGPT pixel described below.
• Technical data: like most websites, our hosting providers may log basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and running.

• Process, ship, and prepare your orders for local pickup.
• Send a welcome email when you sign up, and emails about new arrivals, deals, and our Springfield store opening.
• Answer your questions and handle returns.
• Measure how our ads perform, if you accept tracking.
• Keep the website secure, fix problems, and improve the shopping experience.

We use the OpenAI/ChatGPT pixel to understand whether people who see our ads go on to visit the site or sign up. The pixel loads only if you accept tracking. It may collect your IP address, browser information, and the pages you view. It does not collect passwords or payment information.

If you decline, the pixel does not load on your device. You can change your choice at any time below.

We share information only with service providers that help us run RidgeMark, and only what they need to do their job:

• Shopify and its payment processors, for our product catalog, cart, checkout, and payments.
• Our website and email providers, which host the site, store our email list, and send our emails.
• OpenAI, for advertising measurement, only if you accept tracking.

We may also share information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your email address on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. We keep order records as long as we need them to fulfill orders, handle returns, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.

• Unsubscribe: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Tracking: accept or decline advertising measurement above, at any time.
• Access or deletion: email hello@shopridgemark.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Our site links to other websites, such as our eBay feedback page. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

We may update this policy as our business changes, for example when our Springfield store opens. We’ll post the new version here with an updated date.
